Eligibility, Accounts, and Service Availability
You must be at least 18 years old to use DrugRunners. You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and secure your credentials. You may not sell, transfer, share, or lend your account. One person may only control one account unless ShadowByte Studios explicitly authorizes otherwise in writing.
The service is an online multiplayer browser game and related features. We may update, rebalance, reset, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Planned or unplanned downtime, data loss, or round resets may occur. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acceptable Use, Anti-Cheat, and Game Rules
You must not use bots, scripts, macros, automation tools, packet manipulation, or unauthorized software. You must not exploit bugs or design flaws for unfair gain, interfere with game integrity, harass or threaten other players, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Using scripts, bots, macros, packet tools, or any non-human gameplay method is prohibited.
- Controlling multiple accounts without explicit admin approval is prohibited.
- Account sharing, sales, transfers, or password sharing is prohibited.
- Proxy or VPN systems may not be used to bypass anti-abuse controls or sanctions.
- Abusive, racist, hateful, threatening, or real-life threatening behavior may lead to action.
- Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or unintended mechanics for unfair gain may lead to action.
- Server degradation or disruptive behavior may lead to action.
We may monitor gameplay and account behavior for security, anti-cheat, and abuse prevention. Enforcement may include warnings, rollbacks, limitations, suspensions, bans, and account deletion.
Payments, Content, Intellectual Property, and Privacy
- All purchases are donations. Payments made to support the service are voluntary contributions.
- In-game currency, credits, and virtual items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world cash value.
- Unless required by law, all donations are final and non-refundable.
- If your account is sanctioned for rule violations, virtual balances may be removed without compensation, subject to applicable law.
- You remain responsible for content you submit, including chat, messages, and profile text.
- You grant ShadowByte Studios a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and display submitted content solely for operating and improving the service.
- All game code, systems, designs, logos, and service materials are owned by ShadowByte Studios or its licensors.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including data handling and cookie information.
Termination, Disclaimers, Liability, and Contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, legal compliance, security risk, prolonged inactivity, or service discontinuation. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
- We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- You agree to indemnify ShadowByte Studios and its staff for claims arising from misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which ShadowByte Studios operates, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence says otherwise.
